This bowl is the perfect balance of sweet, savory, creamy, and crispy!
Golden honey-garlic salmon, caramelized plantains, sautéed spinach, and creamy avocado — all in one nourishing, comforting plate.
Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet (150–200 g)

1 ripe plantain (yellow with black spots)

1 cup fresh spinach
-
¼ ripe avocado, sliced
-
1 tbsp olive oil (divided)
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tsp soy sauce
-
1 small garlic clove, minced
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chili flakes or lime wedge
Directions:
1. Make the Glaze
Mix together:

Honey
-
Soy sauce
-
Garlic
-
Salt & pepper
Set aside.
2. Cook the Salmon

Heat ½ tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium.

Place salmon skin-side down; cook 4–5 minutes.

Flip, brush with glaze, and cook 3–4 minutes more until sticky and golden.
3. Fry the Plantains

Slice the plantain into round coins.

Fry in a pan with remaining oil until golden and caramelized.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
4. Sauté the Spinach

Add spinach to the same pan with a little oil.

Cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
5. Build Your Bowl
Add to a bowl or plate:
